We are one corridor deep, on purpose
eMedVisa exists because medical visa help for India is sold as a mystery. We publish the rules for free, and we only charge when you decide you would rather someone else did a step.
Why India only
Every other platform lists a dozen countries. In a compliance product that is a liability: shallow rules get families refused, split at the embassy, or sent back for a re-upload they did not understand. We work on the Indian e-Medical visa (MED) and the Medical Attendant visa (MED-X), nothing else, and we date every rule so you can see how fresh it is.
How we make money — all of it
The checker, the 7-stage tracker, the document locker and your questions are free forever. Patients who want a stage handled pay a flat $10 for that stage, or take Golden Concierge if they want the whole file owned by a named coordinator. Separately, when you ask us to introduce you to a hospital, that hospital may pay us a referral fee. It never changes your treatment price, and we always show you estimates from more than one hospital so you can compare. That is the entire list.
What we refuse to do
- We never take custody of your passport or original documents.
- We never file an application without showing you what we are submitting.
- We never charge a percentage of your treatment or hospital bill.
- We never promise a visa outcome or a hospital discount we cannot show in writing.
- We never publish a patient's name, photo or diagnosis without written consent.
Where we are

4th floor, VCN Building, 170, 1st Main Rd, 4th Block, Kumara Park West, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560020, India
Being physically in Bengaluru (Bangalore) is the point. Hospital international patient desks answer people who can walk in. FRRO, SIM cards, forex and the first appointment are ground work, not email work.
