Terms of service and refunds

What this service is

eMedVisa is an information and workflow tool for the Indian Medical (MED) and Medical Attendant (MED-X) visas, plus optional paid assistance. We are not a law firm, not an immigration adviser of record, and not a hospital. We do not decide visa applications — the Indian authorities do.

No guaranteed outcome

Nobody can promise you a visa. We help you submit a complete, compliant application and remove the avoidable causes of refusal. If your application is refused, we will tell you what the stated reason means and what a corrected submission looks like.

Accuracy of rules

We date every rule set and link the official source. Rules change without notice. You are responsible for confirming requirements with the relevant High Commission or the official portal before you pay a fee or book travel. Tell us about anything out of date and we fix it fast.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and genuine documents. Fabricated reports, invented relationships or forged letters get accounts closed immediately and are reported where the law requires it. You must be 18 or older, or acting for a family member.

Prices and refunds

Free features stay free. Help on any of the seven stages is a flat $10 (or the equivalent in your local currency), the same price on every stage, and the All-Stage Pass is $49 for unlimited assists across the whole journey. We confirm scope and price on WhatsApp before any payment. An assist you have paid for but we have not started is refunded in full; the pass is refundable before your first assist; work already delivered is not refundable. Golden Concierge is refundable pro-rata until we file with the High Commission on your behalf. We never charge a percentage of your treatment or hospital bill.

Referral fees

If you ask us to introduce you to a hospital, that hospital may pay us a referral fee. It never changes the price you are quoted, and we will always show you an estimate from more than one hospital so you can compare.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for hospital decisions, government decisions, flight costs or treatment outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
