Hospitals that issue your visa invitation letter

The invitation letter (VIL) is the single step that stalls most families. Start with the treatment you need — we will show only the accredited Indian desks that actually handle it, with the typical turnaround, exactly what each desk asks for, and whether your MED-X attendants can be named on the same letter.

  • Free forever — no card to see your full checklist
  • We never hold your passport or file without you
  • Your documents are private to your account
  • Fixed prices, never a % of your hospital bill
Step 1 of 2

What treatment are you travelling for?

A desk only issues an invitation letter for treatment it actually performs. Pick the specialty on your doctor’s referral — network last checked 14 August 2026.

What “verified” means here

Five checks, done by a human, before a hospital appears on this page.

Accreditation is live, not historical

We confirm the hospital's NABH (and where claimed, JCI) accreditation is currently valid on the accrediting body's own register — not on the hospital's brochure.

A real international patient desk answers

We only list hospitals whose international patient desk replied to a records enquiry with a named coordinator and a working phone or WhatsApp line.

They issue a VIL in writing

The desk must confirm it issues a visa invitation letter on hospital letterhead with a signature, stamp and the planned treatment named.

MED-X attendants can be named

The letter must be able to carry your attendants' names and passport numbers — the single most common reason an attendant is refused.

No passport custody, ever

Any hospital or agent that asks to hold your original passport is not listed, and never will be.

What this list is not

  • We are not a hospital and we never issue an invitation letter. Only the hospital’s international patient desk can.
  • Turnarounds are what patients actually report, not a promise. A tumour board or transplant review will take longer.
  • You can contact every hospital here yourself, free, without us. Their desks are public.
  • Full disclosure: if you ask us to introduce you, that hospital may pay us a referral fee. It never changes your treatment price, and we always show you estimates from more than one hospital.

Get your records in front of the right desk

Build your free checklist and track the invitation letter as its own stage. If a desk goes quiet, pay a flat $10 and our Bengaluru team chases it daily until the letter is issued.
